Selected applicants will receive a scholarship valued at over $3,000 to cover the full cost of the four-day course and a testing voucher to complete the certification test.

You are a Mission43 member.

To be considered, members must be a military veteran, serving in the Guard or Reserve, or active duty (within 6 months of transition out of service). Spouses of members who meet these requirements are also eligible. Priority is given to applicants actively seeking employment, transitioning from the military within 6 months, or seeking to promote in their current career field.

You have a background in project management.

To take the certification exam you will need a high school diploma (or associate degree) along with 5 years of non-overlapping project management experience within the last 8 years. Alternatively, you could have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of project management experience within the last 8 years. If you have graduated from a PMI GAC accredited project management degree program or have the associate level project management (CAPM) certification, this can eliminate some or all of the above experience requirements

You can engage with the Pocket Prep study app.

You'll spend around 4 hours each week in the app and complete at least one full-length mock exam. The app and mock exam allow us to tailor resources and advise to your specific needs.

You can dedicate the time to study and participate in the course.

This course will require participation in advising sessions and check-ins, in addition to studying a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Who can apply to this program?

Can I apply if I'm not in Idaho?

We accept applicants from throughout Idaho. If you are an applicant located outside of the Treasure Valley, Mission43 covers the cost of your on-campus lodging if selected to participate.

Where is this course taught?

All cohorts are hosted at The Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse in Boise, Idaho. The course is 4 consecutive days, from Thursday through Sunday, 8am - 5:45pm. Lunch, snacks, and beverages are provided.

What can I do to stand out?

Candidates should be active Mission43 members who have participated in our events and services. It's also important that candidates are are committed to earning the PMP certification for their professional advancement.

With a veteran team and over 20 years of adult education experience, Pinnacle provides a meaningful classroom experience with the tools and resources needed to successfully earn your PMP certification.
