Military spouses are invited to an interactive workshop focused on managing stress and strengthening relationships. In partnership with The Headstrong Project, this session provides practical frameworks and real-world strategies you can apply right away and revisit as life’s challenges arise.

Moving from awareness to action

Join us for an interactive session designed to equip military spouses with practical tools to navigate stress, strengthen relationships, and stay connected to themselves and those they care about. Grounded in clinically informed insight and delivered in partnership with The Headstrong Project, this workshop blends education, skill-building, and meaningful conversation to support long-term well-being.

Led by Kathryn Dosch, LPC, Regional Clinical Director with The Headstrong Project, this session blends clinically informed insight with real-world strategies and community connection to support long-term well-being and strong, resilient relationships. Together, we’ll explore what PTSD can look like in daily life, why it is treatable, and how spouses can respond with confidence and clarity.

This is not just about awareness. It is about building tools you can use immediately and return to over time as life’s stressors arise.

Refreshments will be provided, and child-friendly activities will be available.
