A Fellowship for Idaho leaders
This 12-month fellowship is designed to cultivate leadership skills and foster meaningful connections among a cohort of veterans, military spouses, and currently serving military members. Through four phases and a combination of immersive learning, hands-on experiences, and high-level mentorship, Fellows develop the confidence and tools to lead effectively in both their careers and communities.
